You may begin dismantling your stand as soon as everyone has moved back into the conference room for the final session after the morning coffee break at 11.15. Your exhibit must be dismantled and moved out of the exhibit hall by 14.00.

Shipping Information
· Please ensure that every item you ship to the conference is labelled and addressed clearly. To download your shipping label please CLICK HERE
· Deliveries should be forwarded directly to the hotel, to arrive no earlier than Wednesday 3rd February 2010. Packages will not be accepted at any other times.
· Customs clearance, bonding and arrangements for importation and repatriation of exhibit materials to the country of origin is solely the responsibility of the exhibitor or their appointed courier/customs agent.
· Please make all arrangements with your courier to ensure that all duties and taxes are prepaid as the hotel will refuse all packages which have not been custom cleared.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a storage and handling fee of US $5.00 per day, per box for shipments of over 2 boxes. If you are planning on sending more than 2 boxes please complete the credit card form attached to your information email.

TelCap is not responsible for any exhibit support services. If you require any additional equipment e.g. additional furniture, power sockets, Internet access these items are to be ordered directly from the hotel and are chargeable.
